Fix common booking problems

Check publication, business details, proposal state and payment readiness when an action is unavailable.

I cannot start or answer an offer

Check that your profile is published and your legal and billing information is complete under Business details. A venue request and an entertainer offer have different required fields. The proposal form shows what is missing before submission.

I cannot agree to a proposal

The venue can agree only to the entertainer's latest offer. A venue revision must go back to the entertainer for a final offer. Review the current version, refresh if it changed, and acknowledge the displayed artist and gigiii fees. A conflicting confirmed booking can also prevent confirmation because calendars cannot overlap.

My event cannot sell native tickets

Check the selected seller's Stripe payment readiness. Starting onboarding does not always mean the connection is ready.
