Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the gigiii marketplace platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

Service Description
gigiii is a private, curated B2B marketplace connecting Berlin venues with small-format entertainers. The platform facilitates discovery, protected contact exchange, booking terms negotiation, calendar coordination, and agreement generation. gigiii is a coordination marketplace, not a payment processor, escrow service, legal advisor, or event organizer.
Account Requirements
To use gigiii, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Approval Process
Access to private marketplace features requires staff approval. We review applications manually and may approve, request changes, or decline at our discretion. Approval does not constitute verification of legal, tax, insurance, safety, or artistic qualifications.
User Obligations
- Provide truthful and accurate profile information
- Maintain current availability calendar data
- Respond to booking requests and applications in good faith
- Comply with agreed booking terms and agreements
- Respect intellectual property rights of other members
- Use the platform only for legitimate booking coordination
Bookings and Agreements
gigiii facilitates booking terms negotiation and agreement generation. Bookings are confirmed when both parties sign the generated agreement. German agreement text is controlling; English is a convenience translation. gigiii is not a party to booking agreements and does not guarantee performance, payment, or dispute resolution.
Payments and Fees
gigiii does not currently process payments, hold deposits, or act as an escrow agent. Payment terms are negotiated directly between venues and entertainers. Any future payment features will be subject to separate terms and fee schedules.
Intellectual Property
The gigiii platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and content, is owned by Moore World Wide Enterprises, LLC. Users retain ownership of their submitted content but grant us a limited license to display and operate the platform. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of platform elements without authorization.
Prohibited Conduct
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other members
- Circumvent platform fees or contact privacy protections
- Scrape, data mine, or automate access without permission
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
- Interfere with platform security or integrity
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or pose risks to the platform or members. Upon termination, your access to private marketplace features will be revoked, but existing booking records and audit trails will be preserved for operational and legal purposes.
Disclaimers
gigiii is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not verify the accuracy of member profiles, the performance of entertainers, the suitability of venues, or the outcome of bookings. Use the platform at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moore World Wide Enterprises, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of gigiii. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moore World Wide Enterprises, LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Data Protection and Privacy
Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement
Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend access immediately for violations of these terms. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Brazos County, Texas, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
