How do I publish my profile?

Complete the checklist, publish for discovery, and unpublish anytime.

Your talent or venue profile is only visible in discovery when published. This guide covers the self-serve venue and talent publishing flow.

Checklist

Open Profile, which takes you to the listing wizard. Complete the required fields until the built-in checklist passes, then use Publish. Publishing is self-serve — staff do not review every profile before go-live.

The editor identifies missing required fields for your role. For a venue, these include its identity, location and type; for an entertainer, the act's identity and category. Optional media, links and production details can make a profile more useful to booking partners. The editor's live checklist is authoritative when requirements change.

While unpublished you may still search the other side, but you cannot send offers.

After publish

Edits stay live; you do not need to republish for routine changes. Use Unpublish to leave discovery.

Your venue is visible to entertainers after publication. The account email remains private; it is not shown on a discovery profile.
