Connect ticket payments

Check the selected ticket seller's Stripe connection before offering native paid admission.

Native paid tickets require a ready Stripe Connect account for the seller selected on the event. Open Business settings → Connections to start or review the connection. Follow the Stripe onboarding steps and return to gigiii to check the current readiness state. A connection that has been started is not necessarily ready to take payments.

Choose the seller carefully when creating the event. The seller receives ticket proceeds in their connected account; gigiii does not hold the ticket balance. If native paid setup is unavailable, the event editor offers guidance rather than seller and ticket controls. You can use another supported attendance mode, such as free RSVPs or an external ticket link, when it fits the event.
