Choose tickets or RSVPs for an event

Understand free registrations, paid admission, and external ticket links.

In the event editor, choose how guests can attend:

• Promote only shows event information without registration on gigiii.
• RSVP collects free registrations, with a capacity if you set one.
• Paid tickets use the chosen seller's supported ticketing and payment connection. Native paid admission requires a ready Stripe Connect account for that seller. A supported Pretix Hosted connection is another ticketing path where available.
• External ticket link sends guests to the URL you provide; ticket sales take place outside gigiii.

The event owner can review RSVPs or ticket orders where the selected mode supports them. Do not treat RSVP counts and paid orders as interchangeable. If paid setup is unavailable, check payment connection readiness before trying again.
