For everyone
Download a printable event programme
Make a weekly or monthly A4 PDF from your public events.
Open Marketing → Posters. Choose Week or Month; the current period appears first. Weeks run Monday to Sunday, and months cover the entire calendar month. Use the arrows beside the dates to browse past or future periods. The page shows the dates, listing timezone and event count before you download.
The PDF includes your venue's hosted public events, including events without a booking. For an entertainer, it includes your hosted public events and public venue events where you appear in the published lineup under the existing confirmed participation rules. Draft, private, unlisted, cancelled and postponed events are excluded. Events spanning the period appear once with their actual dates. A period without public events cannot be downloaded.
The PDF uses the shared colors and logo from Marketing → Branding. Its headings use the selected font when it is Fraunces or IBM Plex Sans; other Google Fonts use a legible print fallback. Turn on Customize branding there, choose your colors, and save to update the landing page, embed, and future PDFs together. On Free, the PDF uses standard Gigiii presentation.
Saved branding also applies to your PDF while your landing page is off.
Review the preview, then choose Download PDF. Each request uses the latest event information and public event cover images. Events without an available image show a branded color frame. Sparse programmes use large image cards; dense months use a compact chronological photo grid. A month with 31 ordinary events fits on one A4 page. Each event card has a QR code beneath its text, clear of the cover image, that opens that event’s public page. For a dense venue programme, the compact grid shows each event's date, title and time. Entertainer programmes keep each event's venue information on the page. Longer titles may need a second page so that text and QR codes remain clear. The separate QR code and URL for your overall landing page appear only when that page is published. If a period has more than 200 eligible events, choose a shorter period.
