Send an offer for a venue event
Choose an open venue event and send your performance terms as a booking offer.
- Publish your entertainer profile and complete the required Business details. Sending an outbound offer also requires access to that account feature.
- Find an upcoming venue event that allows offers. On a published event page, choose Submit an offer for this event. You can also open the venue's profile from Venues and select an available event in the offer form.
- Enter the performance details, artist fee, payment and cancellation terms, and the required introductory message. Review the selected event and its time before sending.
- Follow the resulting conversation in Bookings. The venue may respond or suggest revisions. The booking is confirmed only when the venue agrees to your latest final offer.
An event must still be open to offers and have a future end time when you send. If you already have an active offer for that event, you cannot send another one for the same entertainer profile. See how to prepare an offer.
