How do programme and availability work?

Manage nights in Events. Bookings hold negotiation. Busy signals are advisory in discovery.

Events (venues)

Open Events for your venue programme — nights with or without Gigiii talent.

• Create a night first; attach talent later with Find talent.
• Booking-linked nights open the booking for commercial details after confirm.
• Embed settings configure the public calendar widget and ICS output.

Bookings

Open Bookings for requests, proposals, and agreement downloads. That is the commercial inbox — not a second programme list.

Busy signals

Confirmed bookings block overlapping confirmations for the affected resources. Discovery date filters are advisory: you may still start a conversation and negotiate another time.

Vacation-style manual blocking and external calendar sync are deferred.
