Write a provider profile that helps the right buyer self-select
Make your offer easier to understand, compare, and book without trying to appeal to everyone.
A useful provider profile does more than introduce a person or act. It gives a buyer enough context to recognise a good fit before the first conversation.
Lead with the event you serve
Name the settings where your work is strongest. Describe the outcome you help create and the kind of audience that responds well. Specificity makes the right enquiry more likely.
Explain what a booking needs
Be clear about timing, space, sound, travel, equipment, and any technical or access requirements. A buyer should not have to infer the operational basics from a gallery or a short biography.
Show proof with context
Use examples you have permission to share, then explain the event situation and your role in it. Evidence is most persuasive when it helps a buyer imagine how the offer will work in their own setting.
