# Start booking as a venue
Set up a venue, publish its profile, and begin a booking with an entertainer.

1. [Sign in](/sign-in), choose the venue role, and accept the terms during setup.
2. Complete the [venue profile](/onboarding/setup). The setup checklist shows what is still needed before publication. Publish to become visible to entertainers.
3. Add your legal and billing information in [Business details](/business) before you start a booking.
4. Browse [entertainers](/marketplace/entertainers), open a profile, and start a request or offer with an introductory message and the proposed performance time.
5. Continue the conversation in [Bookings](/marketplace/bookings). The entertainer supplies the final commercial offer. Review the fee, payment and cancellation terms before you choose **Agree**.

Agreeing to the entertainer's final offer confirms the booking and blocks both calendars. It leads to an agreement receipt and, if the quoted gigiii fee is greater than zero, a separate marketplace fee invoice for the venue.
