# How do I publish my profile?
Complete the checklist, publish for discovery, and unpublish anytime.

Your talent or venue profile is only visible in discovery when **published**. This guide covers the self-serve venue and talent publishing flow.

## Checklist

Open [Profile](/profile), which takes you to the listing wizard. Complete the required fields until the built-in checklist passes, then use **Publish**. Publishing is self-serve — staff do not review every profile before go-live.

The editor identifies missing required fields for your role. For a venue, these include its identity, location and type; for an entertainer, the act's identity and category. Optional media, links and production details can make a profile more useful to booking partners. The editor's live checklist is authoritative when requirements change.

While unpublished you may still search the other side, but you cannot send offers.

## After publish

Edits stay live; you do not need to republish for routine changes. Use **Unpublish** to leave discovery.

Your venue is visible to entertainers after publication. The account email remains private; it is not shown on a discovery profile.
