# How do I respond to an offer?
Review, accept or reject a proposal, or discuss it in the booking chat.

Open [Bookings](/marketplace/bookings) and choose an item marked as needing your response. Review the proposed times, fee, cancellation terms, production obligations, and any optional deposit terms before deciding.

## Review the proposal

Review the shared proposal. **Agree** confirms the booking when the venue accepts the entertainer’s latest offer. The venue needs complete legal identity and must acknowledge the displayed artist fee, gigiii fee and invoice generation. A venue revision must return to the entertainer for a final offer before the venue can agree.

## Ask or revise

Use **Send message** to ask questions in the booking conversation. Both parties use the same proposal editor. Both can revise performance details and dates; only the entertainer edits fee, payment, deposit and cancellation. Each party edits only its own contributions. Changed terms must be sent as a new proposal before acceptance. An optional message appears once, beside the actions.

## Reject

Choose **Reject** if you do not want to proceed. Review the confirmation before closing the offer or booking. Rejecting does not require complete legal identity.
