# Understand your event performance
Review event page views, activity and measurement availability in Analytics.

## Open your report

Open [Analytics](/analytics) for your current business. Use **Measurement period** to choose the last 7, 30 or 90 Berlin calendar days, including today. The selected period applies to event page views and registration or ticket button clicks.

The Event page views card totals eligible events. Public profile page views are separate and require consented measurement; this card may show a dash when the value is unavailable. The Page views chart initially shows all eligible events. Select anywhere in an Event performance row to filter the chart and source section; select the same row again to return to all events. The table stays in place, and the selection is kept in the page link.

The event table includes upcoming published public or unlisted events and previously published past events with page views in the selected period. Never-published drafts, cancelled events and past events without views in the period do not appear. The table shows each event date, Page views and CTA clicks. An observed zero is shown as 0.

## Interpret the counts

Event page views are best-effort public page loads, including repeat loads. They do not require Analytics-cookie consent and are not unique visitors. Analytics shows event page views for the selected period. Button clicks indicate interest, not completed registrations or purchases. Find admission records under **Guests** in [Events](/marketplace/events).

Above the event table, choose **Page views** to see the chart or **Source and campaign details** to see the source table. Page views opens first. Bars on the left scale show daily event page views for all eligible events or the selected event. The profile line has a separate right scale and stays independent of the event selection. It appears when consented profile measurements can be released; otherwise the profile card shows an unavailable dash. Missing dates appear as gaps, not estimated zeros. The chart remains visible when the selected event has no daily points. The help icon beside Measurement period explains that the period selects when visits were measured, not when events take place. Use **Download Excel** beside the period selector to save a workbook with separate Summary, Page views, Sources and Events sheets for the selected period and event filter. Both report tabs are included whichever one is open.

Source and campaign details follow the selected event in the second tab. The table lists potential traffic-source categories; dashes mean no reportable value, not zero visits. A breakdown requires verified measurement coverage and privacy release. Tagged links alone do not make it reportable. See [Understand traffic sources](/support/bookings-events/traffic-sources) for UTM fields and consent limits.

Changing a link cannot grant access to another business's event. If the report fails, retry; if access is denied, check your current business membership.
