# Where do I manage bookings?
Track every match from Open through Confirmed and Done.

Open [Bookings](/marketplace/bookings) for one inbox of offers through confirmation. The default view is **Open**.

## Pipeline filters

| Status | Meaning |
|--------|---------|
| Open | Outreach or negotiation in flight (default) |
| Confirmed | Venue agreed to the entertainer’s offer; calendars blocked |
| Done | Confirmed and the performance window has ended |
| Lost | Passed, declined, rejected, withdrawn, expired, or cancelled |
| All | Every booking regardless of status |

When a booking needs **your** response (request or proposal), the row shows an ochre cue — that is not a separate filter.

## Detail page

Each booking shows the proposal history, terms, agreement downloads, and deposit status. Deposit tracking is independent of confirmation — gigiii never holds funds.
